Captions in Google Meet can be translated from English to French, German, Portuguese or Spanish (Note - the language used in the Meeting must be English).
How can Translated Captions be used in School?
If you have students who speak French, German, Portuguese or Spanish, these can help them access your lessons in Google Meet.
How to use:
Go to More Options (Three-Dots Icon)
Go to Settings (Cog)
Go to Captions
Turn on Translated Captions (blue slider) and then select the language.
