If you're a teacher who uses Google Tools, you can demonstrate your skills by becoming a Google Certified Educator.

At Canopy, a Google for Education Partner, we can provide training to help you achieve this certification.  Level 1 Training includes:

To become a Google Certified Educator you need to take a 180-minute certification exam, delivered online, in which you use the tools to demonstrate your skills. Depending on your experience we have a range of training options available:

Two-Day Bootcamp - For those who are new to Workspace and have no experience of using the tools. This option can also be delivered over 5 twilight sessions. 

​

One-Day Bootcamp - For those who already use at least some of the tools in their teaching, this one-day training session helps educators prepare for the exam. 

​

Fast Track - A two-hour intensive training session, designed to prepare experienced educators to take the exam.

Prices include:

  • Exam Registration for all Participants, so following the training participants can take the exam. 

  • Google Certified Educator Pin Badge (for those who successfully complete the exam). 

  • Support / additional voucher for resits - we are keen to support educators who want to achieve Level 1, so if you are unsuccessful in the exam, we will offer an additional voucher for a resit, but to access this you need to attend a 1:1 online support session. You exam results should identify the areas to focus on in this session.
